Our Services
Data resilience and AI adoption coaching — both built on the same principle: understand the problem before touching anything.
Data Resilience
Three services for the moments when personal data needs to be preserved, protected, or permanently destroyed — with documentation you can rely on.

One engagement to cut through the noise — we diagnose where AI moves the needle in your workflow before anyone spends money finding out the hard way.

01
When a device contains personal data that shouldn't travel any further — financial records, passwords, medical history, private correspondence — the only responsible path is permanent, documented destruction.
We wipe devices according to established data destruction standards, not a factory reset. That distinction matters. A factory reset leaves data recoverable by anyone with the right tools. Our process doesn't.
Why this matters for estates
02
Families are often surprised by what a loved one's devices contain — decades of photos, financial documents, passwords to accounts that need to be closed, letters they never knew existed.
We recover what matters before a device is wiped, donated, or sold. Everything we find is treated with discretion and returned to you in a format you can actually use — not a hard drive of files you can't navigate.
What we commonly find
03
Estate sale companies move a lot of devices. A laptop that looks clean on the outside may still have years of personal data inside. Handing it to a buyer without proper clearing is a liability — for the estate, and for the family.
We prepare devices for resale or donation so they're genuinely safe to pass on. That means full data clearing — not just a reset — plus a clean setup state and documentation that the work was done.

Every engagement
We talk through what you have and what you need before anything is agreed to. No surprise scope, no jargon.
Data engagements come with device logs, action records, and certificates. Coaching engagements end with a practical roadmap you actually own.
We don't keep copies of files we handle or details you share in a coaching session. What's yours stays yours.
You'll work with us directly. No ticket system, no call center. Estate situations move at their own pace — we adjust to yours.
We quote before we start. If something changes, we tell you before it affects the bill. No surprises.
Based in Spokane. Not a franchise. Not a national chain. We're accountable to this community because we're part of it.
"Personal data deserves the same care you gave it when you were alive."
What we actually believe
When someone calls us during an estate, they're not in a position to evaluate technical jargon or compare service tiers. We tell people what they actually need — and what they don't.
Providing written records isn't just professional practice — it's how you show someone that their situation was taken seriously and handled with intention.
Being a small local business means we're accountable in ways larger companies aren't. Our reputation lives in this community. That's a feature, not a bug.
AI Adoption Coaching
04
AI's most meaningful uses aren't in the boardroom — they're in small businesses, nonprofits, and community organizations that nobody built tools for. We help those organizations find where AI actually helps, before they spend money finding out the hard way.
Most small businesses are being sold AI tools before they know what problem they're solving. A project management platform with a "smart" module. A CRM with AI-generated follow-ups. Rendering software that promises consistency and delivers chaos. The tool isn't always wrong — but adopting it without a diagnostic framework is.
We work with owners to understand where friction actually exists in their workflow, evaluate whether AI is the right tool to close it, and build a practical approach to adoption that holds up past the demo.
