About Evergreen Data Harbor
We're not trying to be the biggest data services company in Spokane. We're trying to be the most careful one — for the clients who need that most.
Where we started
Both pointed at the same underlying problem: people in a moment of pressure — an estate to close, a business to run, a tool they were supposed to figure out — without anyone nearby who actually understood what they were dealing with. That gap kept showing up. Evergreen is built around closing it, in two specific places.
Data Resilience
Evergreen Data Harbor started from a simple observation: families navigating estate situations didn't have a good local option for handling devices carefully. Big-box stores treated it like a transaction. National services were built for corporate IT. And "just factory reset it" — the most common advice — isn't actually safe.
There was a gap between what families and estate professionals actually needed — careful handling, clear documentation, a human to talk to — and what was available to them locally.
EDH was built to fill that gap. Not as a tech company, not as an enterprise service, but as a small, accountable local business that takes this kind of work seriously.
AI Adoption Coaching
A designer I know was using an AI rendering tool for her work — and getting a completely different image every time she made a change. Every iteration meant starting over from scratch. She assumed she was using the wrong tool. She wasn't.
The issue was no persistent context between prompts. Once we walked through her workflow — how to structure prompts so iterations actually build on each other, and how to ask the AI why it had done something rather than just accepting "you're right, let me try again" — the results became consistent. Now every image in a given lighting style is reproducible. She didn't need a new tool. She needed a better working relationship with the one she already had.
That's what Evergreen addresses in AI adoption coaching. Not "what tool should I buy?" or "can you build me an agent for my business?" but "what's actually happening, and where is the friction?" Most people are one workflow change away from the results they thought required a new product.
How we work
Before anything is agreed to, we talk through what you have and what you need. No quotes issued before we understand the situation. No jargon, no pressure.
You'll know the price and timeline before we touch anything. If something changes the scope, you hear about it before it affects the bill. Always.
Every device is logged. Every action recorded. You receive written documentation of what was done — in plain language, formatted for your estate file.
Our values
These aren't marketing words. They're the things we check our own work against.
Careful by default. The data we handle and the guidance we give both deserve the same standard — your situation taken seriously, treated with intention, and never reduced to a transaction.
Real expertise shouldn't require enterprise resources to reach. Whether you're navigating an estate or evaluating an AI tool, you shouldn't need to be a large organization to get honest, qualified help.
We figure out what's actually happening before we recommend anything. That means asking better questions instead of selling faster answers — whether the question is about a device or a business workflow.
We're locally accountable in ways a national service or remote consultant isn't. Our reputation lives in Spokane. That's not a limitation — it's the point.
Most people hit the hard moments — an estate to settle, a tool they're supposed to adopt — without anyone nearby who actually gets it. We want to be that person: present when the pressure is real.
AI aimed at things worth doing. Data handled with the dignity it deserves. The work we take on should matter to the people we're doing it for — not just to our bottom line.
Spokane, WA
We serve the Spokane area intentionally. Not because it's where we happen to be — but because local accountability matters in this kind of work. When you trust someone with a family member's devices, you should be able to look them in the eye.
We're not a franchise, not a national chain, not a remote service. We're neighbors. That means something to us.
